Carl Wilkins and the Rwandan Genocide

As a humanitarian aid worker, moved his young family to Rwanda in the spring of 1990. When the genocide broke out in April 1994, he refused to leave. An estimated 800,000 Rwandans were killed within three months. His actions during that time saved hundreds. invited Carl Wilkins to Cincinnati to give presentations on his experiences at last week. While he was here he took time out to talk with us.
